When we wake up, we usually jump right out of bed , immediately taking on our first task or responsibility from some form of stress or pressure, instead of giving our body and mind a chance to wake up.
We move occasionally in our sleep but our muscles and bones are much less in motion so when we wake up everything is usually stiff.
Look at animals and babies. What is the first thing they do when they wake up? They stretch. Its the natural way.
And they take the time to open their eyes.
Our minds also need the time and space to land from another deeper Dimension into the waking reality.
It is not healthy not to give our brain and body the time to wake up.
If you make it a habit to do these exercises every morning, you will feel discharge in your body and mind after two days.
And it will just cost you 10 minutes of your time .
